Liberty Wheat is the Blonde Bomb!

Color:
5 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 15 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: 1 gram CaCO3
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
3 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. Flaked barley
3 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 79% efficiency
174° Strike temp; Let mash rest for a 2 hour lauder.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.043 6 gallons
2 whirlfloc tablets
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 11.5 grams Nottingham Yeast.
4 grams Yeast nutrient.
2000ml of 90° water
Log: Twin fermenters to allow foam space. Primary ferment for 20 days; secondary at least 60 days or until FG is 1.015.
Carbonation: Carbonate to 1 atmosphere.
Tasting: Liberty Wheat beer will be a little hazy and bright. Perfect beer to make for your blonde!
