Steep: 160°F for 30 min. 1.5 gal
Added to 3.5 gal boiling-hot water in brew pot
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
60 min. boil after break
add 1/2 of LME at start of boil and remaining when 15 min. left
add 2oz Malt-Dextrin with 15 min left in boil
Irish moss at 15 min. left
4 Gal. left after boil
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (4.7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (4.7% AA, 30 min.)
.75 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Saaz (aroma)
