Steep: Steeped the grain in 1.25 gallons for 40 minutes and rinsed with a quart of 160 degree to finish.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 6 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: .6 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: WPL001 White Labs California Ale
