Hops: .5 oz. Magnum (14% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Simcoe (13% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 0 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 0 min.)
1 oz. Simcoe (13% AA, 0 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 0 min.)
.5 oz. Apollo (18.5% AA, 0 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 0 min.)
1 oz. Simcoe (13% AA, 0 min.)
1 oz. Apollo (18.5% AA, 0 min.)

Yeast: Prescribed yeast is Wyeast 1728 (Scottish Ale)
Log: Most hops are added at flame-out and allowed to steep in the kettle for an ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES before chilling. Another dose of hops goes in the Primary fermenter with another dosing in Secondary.
