White Oatmeal Stout

Trying to imitate Austin Homebrew's White Christmas White Stout w/o getting my hands on their exact recipe... Was orderable here.

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
9 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 38 IBU
OG: 1.078 FG: 1.046
Alcohol: 4.2% v/v (3.3% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp gypsum in Puget Sound tap water
Grain: 11 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. American crystal 40L
1.5 lb. Flaked barley
1.5 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 75% efficiency
Dough in water 165° for 1 hour mash at 150°. Yes rice hulls.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.065 6 gallons
AHS has some sort of special light-roast coffee beans in their recipe.. will use half-pound whole beans of the lightest-roast stuff I can find at SBUX.
Hops: .5 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1272
Carbonation: Will keg, and dispense with beer gas.
