Water: Aurora, Colorado water. Good for brewing as is, added a Camden tablet
Grain: 5 lb. British pale
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
4 lb. Raw wheat
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mashed at 155F no Mash out or sparge (BIAB)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.036 7 gallons
irish Moss,1 campden tablet
5.0g of bitter orange peel, 5.0g of sweet orange peel, 4.0g of coriander seed.
Hops: 0.88 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 60 min.)
0.44 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: white labs #wlp400, no starter
