A VERY CLOSE RESEMBLANCE TO THE COMMERCIAL BLUE MOON BRAND.

Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: All Store Bought Crystal Brand Purified Mineral Water.
Grain: 7.00 oz. Flaked Oats (Mash @ 154 Deg. F)
7.00 oz. 2- Row Pilsner (For Conversion Enzymes)(Mash @ 154 Deg. F)
Steep: Mash grains @ 154 Deg. F for approx. 1 hour.
Boil: 30 minutes SG 1.043 2.50 gallons
16.00 oz. Light Dry Wheat Extract (Wheat DME)
16.00 oz. Light Dry Malt Extract (Briess Pilsen DME)
0.17 oz. (Approx. 1 TEASPOON) Ground Coriander Seed (In last 10 Minutes)
0.50 oz. (Approx. 3 TEASPOONS) Sweet Orange Peel (In last 5 Minutes)
Boil MASHED LIQUIDS, Wheat DME, Pilsen DME & Bittering Hops per 30 minute schedule.
Add Coriander Seeds in last 10 min. of boil.
Add Orange Peel in last 5 min. of boil.
Hops: 8.0g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (For Mild Bitterness Only) (4.40% AA, 30 min.)
5.0g Williamette (For Mild Bitterness Only) (4.60% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: 1 Pkg. Nottingham/Danstar dry ale yeast @ 57° to 70° F.
Log: Isinglass not used/not needed.
Brewed: JULY 27, 2013
Bottled: AUGUST 22, 2013 (Tastes great even though only conditioned for 2 1/2 weeks.)
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 60.5g for 2.25 gallons @ 70°F
7/8 teaspoon CANE Sugar per 12 ounce bottle.
Tasting: THIS RECIPE MAY STILL NEED SOME "CLONE" ADJUSTMENT BUT, TASTES GREAT ON IT'S OWN!
