Bitterness: 49 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Water: All bottled Spring Water.
Grain: 10 lb. British pale
2 oz. American chocolate
1 lb. American crystal 60L
Mash: 75% efficiency
Masn at approximately 150 - 155°F for 1 hour.
Sparge with 170°F water.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.045 7 gallons
1/4 oz. Irish Moss Powder added with 20 minutes left in boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Citra (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Citra (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Citra (6% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Citra (aroma)
Yeast: 1 package SafAle US-05 dry yeast.
Carbonation: Will either bottle using 5 oz. Corn Sugar or Force Carbonate in Corny Keg.
