Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.074 7 gallons

Hop charges about 15 mins after hot break
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Nugget (9% AA, 30 min.)
3 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 10 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 0 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (7.8% AA, 0 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Let hops whirl after flameout, before chilling wort
Wort split between carboys and aerated before pitching yeast
