1 lb. Wheat malt
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
8 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
Mash: 60% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.044 6 gallons
3 lb. 8 oz. Wheat extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Log: After primary fermentation, I will rack this beer on top of 4 lbs of peaches and 4 lbs of apricots. Both of the fruit was allowed to ripen, then I froze them, then I pasteurized them at 160 degrees for 10 minutes. I will then age it on Secondary for 2 weeks before moving to tertiary for a few days and then kegging.
