1 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. Belgian aromatic
Mash: 72% efficiency
Mash 150 F 1 hour
Boil: 80 min minutes SG 1.050 7.3 gallons
1 lb. Cane sugar
Hops: 2 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wheats 1214 Belgian Abbey from starter made 2 days from smack pack.
