Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.064 110 liters
This time we forgot to add Irish Moss. On previous occation we used 50 gram that was added with 15 minutes remaining of the boil.
Hops: 75g East Kent Goldings (6.75% AA, 60 min.)
75g East Kent Goldings (6.75% AA, 45 min.)
75g East Kent Goldings (6.75% AA, 30 min.)
75g East Kent Goldings (6.75% AA, 15 min.)
125g Challenger (aroma)
Yeast: 100 gram Nottingham dry ale yiest was sprinkled on top of wort at 25 degrees C. This is the recommended amount of yiest according to the package. Other brewers use half of this amount. Fermentation temperature is 13 degrees C.
