1.2 quart water per pound grain 13.2 quarts water

120 minute mash 154 - 150
fly sparge followed by bacth sparge sg 1.010 pH 6.0
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.039 9 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. New Zealand Hallertauer (7% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. German Saphir (3.5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: wyeast 2565 kolsch
