The BEST IPA you'll ever taste

The calculator is wrong about the bitterness because i cant put in the correct measurements of the sparge amounts so just pay attention to the notes!
** OG: 1.052, IBU = 63 **
The most important ingredient is whole leaf Mosaic hops. Hard to find but SOO worth it!

Type: All grain Size: 4 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 89 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Providence tap water, brita filtered
Grain: 7.5 lb. American 2-row
10 oz. German dark Munich
6 oz. American crystal 10L
4 oz. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash at 151*F for 60 minutes. 11.6qts of strike water(1,1/3 qt/lbs)
Then Mash-Out: raise temp to 165-170*F by adding a few pints of 200* water. Rest at this temp for 10 minutes. Then vorlauf. then sparge with 168* water until run off is as 1.008 gravity. (It took me 2.5 gallons of sparge water)
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.045 5 gallons
Whirlfloc, 1 tsp @ 15 min
Hops: 1 oz. Horizon (11.2% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Tettnanger (3.8% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Willamette (4.8% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (3.2% AA, 10 min.)
0.75 oz. Mosaic (12.3% AA, 10 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (aroma)
.25 oz. Mosaic (aroma)
Yeast: Safale US-05 dry yeast, rehydrated in warm water
Log: Ferment at 70* for 7 days.
I bottled after primary, but it's optional to rack to secondary for 14 days at 60*f
Carbonation: 5oz corn sugar
Tasting: Delicious, delicious, delicious!!!! The mosaic makes it the amazing brew that it is.
Very floral and aromatic, nice malty notes balance the hops. Not overly bitter; just right.
