Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Grain: 6 oz. American crystal 60L
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep Crystal 60L in 3 gallons of 155* water for 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.099 3 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Muntons Ale Yeast
Log: Ferment @ 60-65 degrees for 3 weeks in primary, bottle or keg.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.28 oz. for 5 gallons @ 65°F
Tasting: Light Crisp IPA. Hops add a nice citrus profile and flavor.
