With Light Soylent Syrup! (rosey invert malliard syrup)
IBU will be slightly higher (~45) as Syrup wil be added once fermentation slows
(lower gravity boil than recipator calculates and higher utilization)

Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.094 6 gallons
3 lb. Inverted Light Malliard Syrup- NOT IN BOIL
24qt / 6 gal boil
Hop charges 15mins after hot break
Yeast Nutrient at 10
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (7.5% AA, 24 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (4.5% AA, 24 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (7.5% AA, 6 min.)
Yeast: Wort chilled and aerated before pitch
Wy3787 High Grav Trappist 1L Starter
Ferment low 60's increasing to min 70's as fermentation slows
Log: Soylent Syrup and Wy3711 French Saison Starter
added to secondary to dry things up a bit
(1L starter, 1L from primary added to starter
after original finishes for 2L added to secondary)
Carbonation: Highish
