My take on Fatheads "Head Hunter IPA". Cheers.

Type: All grain Size: 6.0 gallons
Color:
15 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 91 IBU
OG: 1.073 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 7.4% v/v (5.8% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp gypsum, 1 tbs 5.2 Stabilizer in mash.
Grain: 11 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. German Vienna
1 lb. German Munich
1 lb. American crystal 60L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
155°F for 60 minutes. 1 gallon decoction added to 1 gallon boiling water, brought to boil and reintroduced to mash for mashout. Sparge with 170°F water to collect 7.5 gallons in the brewpot.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.054 8.0 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
Hops: .5 oz. Columbus (13.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Simcoe (12.2% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.2% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.2% AA, 15 min.)
.75 oz. Columbus (13.9% AA, 15 min.)
.75 oz. Columbus (13.9% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
2 oz. Columbus (Whole Leaf for Dry Hop) (aroma)
Yeast: Safale US-05 in a 1 quart starter with 3/4 cup DME.
Log: Primary at 65°F for 7-10 days. Secondary (with dry hops) for 10 days.
