Liquid Bread (Butter Beer 4)

3rd Version of this recipe. It was a hit the first time I made it. Can't take all the credit, original recipe is by Death Drinkers. Thanks

Color:
11 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 27 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Grain: 113g American victory
170g Cara - 10L
113g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
113g Flaked barley
Steep: Steep at 155°F for 20 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 6 gallons
3.25kg Light malt extract
Hops: 14g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
6g Nugget (12% AA, 30 min.)
8g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Muntons Dry
Log: Brewed 12/29/12.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 16.1 psi @ 45°F
Tasting: A light cloudy (non-filtered) caramel color with a well balanced carbonation. Malty nut smell with a semi-sweet initial taste, a smooth medium fullness considering the abv. The finishing provides a crisp refreshing taste that makes you appreciate this wonderful brew.
