A nice malty sweet session ale with the holiday flavors of honey and cinnamon.

Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
4 oz. Belgian Biscuit
4 oz. American Crystal 120L
4 oz. British Chocolate
4 oz. Briess Special Roast
Mash: 85% efficiency
154F for 60 minutes, pull 1 gallon decoction, add to 1 gallong boiling water, reintroduce to mash for mash out at 170F. Continuously sparge with 170F water to collect 7.5 gal in brewpot
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 7.5 gallons
1 lb. Honey
Hops: .75 oz. Cluster (6.8% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Safale US-05
Log: Primary for 7 days at 63F. Transfer to secondary, add 2 cinnamon sticks and allow 10 days til kegging.
