Steep: 3litres 30mins at 67°C / Sparge with 2litres at 80°C
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.092 11 liters
2kg 500g Light dry malt extract
1 teaspoon irish moss at 15min
Hops: 15g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
25g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
25g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 5 min.)
25g Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Safale US-05 Dry

13th October 2012 Rack to Secondary and Dry hop with 25g EKG FG 1.011
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 149g for 22 liters @ 18°C
Tasting: 01/11/2012 tasting ;Strong Caramel Flavour/ mildly hoppy / Great mouthfeel and creamy head with good retention and lacing.
