Hops: 1 oz. Brewers Gold (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
0.5 oz. Brewers Gold (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hammond 1 Wild Hop (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hammond 1 Wild Hop (aroma)
Yeast: Us-05
Log: Will dry hop with Iowa wild hops found near my parents place.
Carbonation: Will self carbonate in bottles. By doing sugar in 2 cups boiled water.
