taste o' 6th St.

Brewed with my buddy Clintonius. The Saaz hops are actually not Saaz, they are our harvest from the unidentified hops bines in front of our house, didn't know what they were, so we guessed low and pitched big. All 95 grams are going in this beer including a 1.25 oz dryhop in the secondary. Also, the Galena are actually leftover Columbus from last year.
