Bitterness: 30 IBU
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: Charcoal Filter attached to mains supply
Grain: 200g American crystal 120L
200g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: steep in 3 litres at 67deg for 30mins, Sparge with 2 Litres at 80deg. Add to boiler and top up to 10 litres.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.068 10 liters
1kg 250g Light dry malt extract
500g Molasses
2 cinnamon sticks, 2g nutmeg(ground), 2g cloves(Ground), 50g fresh ginger(chopped) added at first hop edition.

5g candied orange peel and 250mls Irish whiskey added to secondary.
Hops: 20.0g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
12g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
12g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Mauribrew Ale514
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 48.0g for 11 liters @ 18°C
