You could call it a Pale Ale X IPA hybrid, but those two styles are so close anyway, what would be the point? Lets just call it an American Pale IPA.

Color:
11 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 56 IBU
OG: 1.058 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.1% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: 1/2 Campden Tab in 3 gallons of strike water
1/2 Campden Tab in 7 gallons of sparge water
1 Tbsp. 5.2 pH Mash stabilizer (optional -- I skipped it this time.)
Grain: 11 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. American victory
6 oz. American crystal 60L
Mash: 66% efficiency
Target mash temp was 153F. Actual mash temp was 151.8F. Cose enough.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 6.75 gallons
The 1/2 oz. of Amarillo and 1/2 oz. of Simcoe that appear to be 20 minute hops in the recipator are actually first wort hops that I put into the 20 minute slot on the spreadsheet to approximate their bittering effect.

The Citra hops are actually dry hops to be added during secondary for 7 days.

1 tsp. Irish moss @ 15 min.
Hops: 0.25 oz. Chinook (11.1% AA, 60 min.)
0.25 oz. Columbus (13.9% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Simcoe (12.2% AA, 20 min.)
0.5 oz. Amarillo (9.3% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (9.3% AA, 5 min.)
.5 oz. Simcoe (aroma)
1 oz. Citra (aroma)
Yeast: Safale US-05 11g packet properly rehydrated before pitching
