Xcontinental ESB

I'm using the first half runnings of a parti-gyle mash to create this recipe. I'm actually using 10 lb maris otter, 1 lb crystal, and 0.5 lb each of victory, wheat, and amber grains for the grain bill. The second half runnings will be used to make a pale ale under the same name.
