XContinental Pale

I'm using the last half runnings of a parti-gyle mash to create this recipe. I'm actually using 10 lb maris otter, 1 lb crystal, and 0.5 lb each of victory, wheat, and amber grains for the grain bill. Depending on what the OG is before the boil I may have to add some extract to bring it up to style.
