This is a wheat lager I have not made yet... however it seems good...

Beer: Emperor Style: Special Custom Wheat Lager
Type: All grain Size: 1 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 48 IBU
OG: 1.114 FG: 1.060
Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Water: ALL Distilled water... a little bit overly acidic you can add tap or use
gypsum if you want....
Grain: 1 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American 6-row
2 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 77% efficiency
add crushed malt to 4 quarts 138 degree F water and mix well.

Temperature should stabilize to 122 degrees F.

Add heat if necessary hold temperature about 122 degrees
For 30 min

Stir every 5 min

Add boiling water 2 qt & raise temp to 156 F

Hold for 30 min

Bring to boil 1/2 gal Finish at 160 degrees F for 20 to 40 min when iodine test passes
Boil 45 min hops

cool stock pot in sink add wort to 5 liter carlo rossi jug

Boil: minutes SG 1.076 1.5 gallons
Hops: .5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: Any premium dry Lager yeast

start at 75 degrees F wait for start and lager for 14 days at 55 degrees F
Carbonation: secondary ferment in bottle by adding corn syrup dont add to much
Tasting: IT GOOD
