Steep: 30 min 150 to 165
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.110 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1. lb. Wheat extract
Hops: 1.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: American ale yeast
Log: ferment at 65 to 72 degrees rack into secondary after 6-9 days and add 3oz apricot extract leave for 14 days then bottle
Carbonation: bottle with 1 1/4 cup corn sugar and two cups water boiled and cooled
