Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
23 HCU (~13 SRM)
Bitterness: 19 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Maiz nacido 5 dias (5 days grew maize)
Boil: 40 minutes SG 1.110 2.3 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
1.5 lb. Amber dry malt extract
4 oz. Honey
Crushed the corn grain and add it into boiling equipment with 1.8 gallon of water. Use a grain bag.
Turn on the heat and keep it between 65ºC - 80ºC for 30 minutes. Boil it for 10 minutes, remove the grain bag.
Then add:

0.5 gallon of water
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
0.75 lb. corn sugar
1.4 lb. DME

Boil it for 45 minutes and pay attention to the hops schedule and add them.
@ 45 minutes of boiling add 1 gallon of water.
Add the 4 oz. of Honey to the wort and stir it for about 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat. Then add more water to hit the 4.7 gallon of size. Chill it as usual, then pitch the yeast.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 40 min.)
0.8 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: SafAle US-05
Carbonation: Bottle when fermentation is completed, add 100grs M&F extra-light DME with corn sugar (50grs) in 100ml of water. Check FG
Tasting: I did it long ago with a lot of corn grain, about 2 kilos.Too much corn flavor and aroma.

Few changes:
-1,5 DME
-1lb. sugar
-800 gr of grew maize and 1,8 gallons of spring water, left them for 10 minutes then used a strainer (I did not use a grain bag), finally boiled it to for 10 minutes. Add HME and DME, 4oz. Honey + sugar. 45 minutes of boil, use 1 oz. Chinook and 0.9oz. Saaz for aroma.
-O.G = 1050

5 gallons final batch. Next report, the bottling.
