Water: Right out of the hose.
Grain: 1 lb. German Munich
0.5 lb. American crystal 20L
0.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
brought temp up slowly to 155F then held for 30 minutes at 155F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.053 7 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
4 lb. Amber malt extract
10 oz. Blue Agave Nectar
None.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 30 min.)

Log: 9 days in Primary, 7 days in Secondary, 3 weeks in bottle before drinking.

Tasting: Hoppy with good citrus notes from the Cascade hops late in the boil. Crisper finish than most IPA's due to Blue Agave Nectar driving down final gravity and using up more of the sugars.
