Needed a light beer for the summer....

Beer: Summer Ale Style: American Amber Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 19 IBU
OG: 1.053 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: add an ounce of gypsum to the boil
Grain: 0.50 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Boil: minutes SG 1.048 5.5 gallons
3.5 lb. Light malt extract
1. lb. Light dry malt extract
2 lb. Honey
Steep grains ar 170 degrees
Hops: .25 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: American Yeast.. Med Floc, High Atten., To feerment out Clean and crisp .. like "Americal Ale BRY 96 FROM SIEBEL INST. "
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.05 oz. for 5 gallons @ 60°F
