Water: Added 1 tsp of Gypsum to 8 gr Denver water

.6 lb. American Munich
.6 lb. British crystal 50-60L
.3 lb. American chocolate
.3 lb. American black patent
.2 lb. Coffee Malt
Mash: 75% efficiency
Grain bag in 4 gal brew pot.
40 min @ 125 F
Raise to 153 F over 10 min hold 10 min
Raise to 158 F with boiling water hold 10 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.059 4 gallons
2 lb. 8 oz. Light malt extract
IrishMoss @ 15 min
Hops: .25 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
.6 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White 005
Log: There is more emphasis on the flavor hops this time.
Reduced the OG and dark grains.

Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Keg: 13.8 psi @ 50°F
