Porter take three;
Too poor and out-of-season to add the usual 3-6 lbs maple syrup (1-2 qts)
but it's still bittersweet malty and delicious, with a hint of cascade to balance

Grain: 9 lb. 8 oz. American 2-row
15 oz. American Munich
8 oz. American crystal 120L
9 oz. American chocolate
10 oz. American black patent
Mash: 75% efficiency
Hrmm, 10@45, 15@52, 25@65, 40@73, mo@78
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.046 7 gallons
Yeast nutrient at 10
Hops: .8 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Aerate ~15 mins before pitch
Wy 1084 Irish re-pitched from copper plopper
Ferment low-mid 60's increasing to low-mid 70's as fermentation slows
Carbonation: A little over 1/2 cup corn sugar
