Mash: 75% efficiency
20min@45c, 15min@52c, 60min@65c, 20min@73c, mashout@78c
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.061 5.75 gallons
1 lb. Light Belgian candi sugar
1/2 tsp wy yeast nutrient at 10
Hops: .8 oz. Colombus (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5.6% AA, 25 min.)
2 oz. Colombus (13% AA, 5 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (10% AA, 0 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
1 oz. Colombus (aroma)
Yeast: After flameout, let them hops whirl -~15mins before chilling wort
Aerate ~15 mins before pitching
