Mash: 81% efficiency
154F for 60 min. Left 5.5 gallons of wort in kettle and went to Easter egg hunt and got pictures with the Easter bunny. Then, came back home and collected another gallon of wort while bringing kettle to a boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 6 gallons
Irish moss for 10 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Safale S-04
