1.77 lb. American crystal 60L
5.7 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 89% efficiency
Mashed in at 152. 60 minutes later the mash was at 150.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 12.5 gallons
Whirlfloc added at 15 minutes prior to flameout.
Hops: .375 oz. Summit (16.1% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Summit (16.1% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (5.4% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Amarillo (8.5% AA, 5 min.)

Yeast: US-05 harvested/rinsed from a previous batch six days ago. Healthy pitch.
