500g British chocolate
400g Roasted barley
300g Flaked barley
Mash: 71% efficiency
Single infusion mash, strike 24 l water at 70C. 90 min mash at 64C. Batch sparge with 18 l hot water (80C) to collect kettle full at 32 l/12.5P.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.050 32 liters
Irish moss @ 15
Hops: 35g Nugget (11.6% AA, 90 min.)
30g Styrian Goldings (3.4% AA, 15 min.)
35g Styrian Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Nottingham yeast cake starter.
