Grain: 8 oz. Belgian aromatic
6 oz. Flaked wheat
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.122 3 gallons
1 lb. (White) Table Sugar
8 lb. Pilsner or Light malt extract
Hops: 1.75 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Saaz (2% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (2% AA, 0 min.)
Yeast: WLP 550.
