Steep: Grains steeped in a mesh bag, bringing temperature gradually to 150F and holding for 30 minutes. Bag lifted and drained, then returned to wort, repeating 10 times at end of the 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.067 1.1 gallons
1.54 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 0.37 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 0.54 oz. for 1 gallons @ 60°F
