19.4 oz - HME (22 IBU) West Coast Pale, Mr. Beer Kit.
12.5 oz - Corn Sugar (Booster) Mr. Beer Kit.
6 oz - Brown Sugar
5 oz - Maple Syrup
3 oz - Honey
1.5 oz - Barley Mart Syrup
0.2 oz - Equal parts: Cloves, Juniper Berries, Nutmeg, Allspice.

Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: Corn sugar well mixed into 4 cups cool water, and brought to a boil.
All other ingredients added, poured in to 4 quarts cold water.
Total volume brought to 8.5 quarts.
Yeast (dry packet with West Coast Pale, Mr. Beer Kit.) poured on top. Set for 5 minutes.
Pitched yeast.
