OG: 1.057 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp gypsum and 1 TBS 5.2 stabilizer in tap water.
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. American crystal 60L
3 oz. American crystal 90L
10 oz. Flaked oats
Mash: 80% efficiency
155°F for 90 minutes, pull one gallon decoction and add to 1 gallon boiling water, bring to boil and reintroduce to mash tun to mash out at 162°F for 10 minutes, continuous sparge with 175°F water to collect 7.5 gallons in brew pot.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 7.5 gallons
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Safale US-05 pulled from an IPA batch.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 12.3 psi @ 40°F
