mash in 14 quarts 150° protein rest 131 for 30 min. raise temp to 151° conversion 1 hour.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.049 7.85 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (3.8% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Bock
Log: refrigerate 60 days @ 40°
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar let prime for 10 days before lagering
