Boil: minutes SG 1.049 6 gallons
5 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (8.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5.7% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: British Ale Yeast WLP005
Carbonation: 3.9oz sugar = .54 cup.
2/3 cup = 4.6oz
