Bitterness: 27 IBU
OG: 1.088 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 10.0% v/v (7.9% w/w)
Grain: 20 lb. British pale
4 lb. British Carastan
1 lb. 8 oz. British chocolate
3 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 75% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.073 12 gallons
2 lb. Brown sugar
During the boil I will add the following.
8 Cinnamon sticks, 30 Minutes
4 teaspoons cloves, 10 Minutes
7 allspice berries, 10 minutes
2 seeds nutmeg, 10 Minutes
3 split vanilla beans, 10 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Northdown (UK) (9.6% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Northdown (UK) (9.6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WL002
Carbonation: Corn sugar
