Alcohol: 5.9% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Water: Tapwater with 1 tsp gypsum, 1 tbs 5.2 stabilizer
Grain: 9 lb. German Munich
1 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
2 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 80% efficiency
2 step infusion with decoction mash-out:
protein rest : 131°F for 20 min
saccrification rest : 150°F for 45 min
mash-out : 170°F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Spalt (aroma)
Yeast: German Ale Yeast
