Bitterness: 19 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: Arrowhead Mountain Spring water
Grain: .75 lb. American crystal 60L
.25 lb. American crystal 120L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.5 lb. Belgian CaraVienne
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mashed grains at 165° for 30mins. Sparged with 1gal warm water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.065 5 gallons
7.5 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Used White Labs Irish Stout yeast (Store gave me the wrong yeast, didn't realize it until afterwards)
