Mash: 71% efficiency
MI 12 qts/178 deg water/155 deg rest/ 90 minutes
add 2 gals 200 deg water/ 168 deg rest/ 15 minutes
batch sparge to collect 7.5 gallons/ 60 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.036 7.5 gallons
IM at 10 minutes
