Arrogant Bastard Clone

I found this recipe at my local brew house. I decided to try it and of course I screwed it up the first attempt. So I'm going with it and seeing how it turns out.

Beer: Arrogant Bastard Clone Style: English Best (Special) Bitter
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
44 HCU (~20 SRM)
Bitterness: 65 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.018
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: 2.5 gal of tap water to boil. Removed from heat and stired in 7 ilbs of light malt extract.
Grain: 1 lb. 8 oz. American crystal 120L
Steep: Once extract desolved I placed back on the heat at 165-170°. Added mash and steeped for 60 min.
Boil: 120 minutes SG 1.112 2.5 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
Once mash was finished I removed it and added 2 oz of the hops for 90 mins. Followed by 1.0 oz for 30 min. Added the remaining hops and 1 tsp of Irish moss for the last 15 min at no heat.
Hops: 2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Transferred to the fermenting bucket and added the White Labs WLP007 yeast.
Log: Fermented for 10 days. Added 3/4 cup of primming sugar to priming bucket and then bottled for 15 days.
