Fresh hops are in season, so I brewed a BIG IPA with them

Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 277 IBU
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.006
Alcohol: 7.2% v/v (5.7% w/w)
Water: gypsum at mash, 1 tsp
Grain: 10 lb. 0 oz. German Pilsner
0 lb. 8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)(melanoidin)
1 lb. 0 oz. British Carastan light(carahell)
Mash: 79% efficiency
156 deg rest/ 75 minutes/ 175 strike / 3.5 gallons
165 MO / 15 mins / 180 deg water / 2 gallons
collect 8 gallons because fresh hops soak up alot of wort.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 8 gallons
IM at 5 minutes
Hops: 3 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
2.5 oz. Willamette(in mash tun) (5% AA, 60 min.)
4 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
4 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Centennial(amarillo) (aroma)
Yeast: yeast cake from liberty ale, nottingham origin
Log: Ferment at 70 deg, amarillo pellets added to 2nd.
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 6.8 psi @ 40°F
FC 5 days at 20 psi
Tasting: haven't tasted yet. Note: using fresh hops from garden doesn't calculate out correctly. This is probably around 80 IBUs
