Caramel Jasmine APA

The Elysian Brewery in Seattle inspired me to try this recipe. They have an amazing Jasmine IPA that had great floral hop character/arome with extra floral character from the jasmine. I wanted to try a little bit lighter hopped APA with some more intense crystal malt to give some more caramel balance, but am concerned the two sweeter flavors (caramel / floral) will cancel each other out a bit, we'll see. Also will try to get my hands on some citra hops to supplement / replace the Cascades. I'd be welcome to feedback on this one. Planning to brew in a couple weeks.
